Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Attempts
If the customer is unavailable, our delivery partner may attempt delivery again or contact the customer for rescheduling.
Delayed Deliveries
Unexpected delays caused by weather, strikes, natural disasters, or courier issues are beyond Zaruri Mart’s control.
Order Inspection
Customers are advised to inspect their package upon delivery and report any damage or missing items within 48 hours.
