Zaruri Mart – Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped.

Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled without any cancellation charges if they have not yet been dispatched.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may request a return according to the Return & Refund Policy if eligible.

Cancellation by Zaruri Mart

Zaruri Mart reserves the right to cancel an order in situations including but not limited to:

• Product is out of stock
• Pricing or technical errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Incomplete or incorrect customer information
• Payment verification failure

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
